CAJFL President
Sammy Caraballo
Sammy Caraballo has been a dedicated coach in youth sports for over 30 years, primarily with the Cape Atlantic Junior Football League (CAJFL). He’s led teams in Woodbine, Dennis Township, and Middle Township, winning championships in all divisions. Sammy also coached high school baseball for 20 seasons and football at Wildwood and Middle Township. After serving as CAJFL Vice President for 11 years, he became President in 2022 and was inducted into the CAJFL Hall of Fame in 2019. A Millville High graduate, he’s lived in Cape May Court House, NJ, since 2015.

Bob Bethel
Bob has dedicated 26 years to the Cape Atlantic Junior Football League (CAJFL), serving as a coach for Wildwood, Lower, and Middle, a league representative for Wildwood, and an Executive Board member. He held the roles of President for 8 years and Administrative Vice President for another 8. A 1992 graduate of Wildwood High School, Bob is also a volunteer firefighter for Wildwood Crest and works in the Public Safety Department in Wildwood Crest.
CAJFL Executive Board Member
William "Tink" Sweeney
William Sweeney is the newest member of the CAJFL Executive Board. He was elected to sit on the board in 2023 and is currently coaching in Wildwood's Junior Warrior Football Organization. Tink has volunteered and been involved in youth sports in the Wildwood's for over 10 years now and has been a resident of North Wildwood for the past 17 years. Tink Graduated from Downingtown H.S. in 1979 where he played varsity football.
CAJFL Operations VP / League Assignor
Leon Daniels
Leon Daniels serves in the dual role of the CAJFL Assignor and Operations Vice President, respectively. Leon is an NJSIAA certified football official and has officiated in the CAJFL for the past 17 years. In addition to his youth league responsibilities, he also serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Football Official Association South (NJFOA-South). The NJFOA-South Chapter is the high school officials' governing body which encompasses Cape May to Princeton.

Kurt Seer
Kurt Seer has been a dedicated member of the Cape Atlantic Junior Football League (CAJFL) Executive Board since 2013, bringing over two decades of coaching experience. He began coaching football in 1996 with the LT Vikings JV and went on to lead several teams, including the Tigers and Vikings, before joining Middle Township’s Panthers. A proud U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Kurt moved to Cape May in 1978, where he raised his family and coached multiple sports, including football and street hockey. In addition to his CAJFL role, he continues to serve as the Boy Scouts of America Committee Chair for Troop 87.
